By accessing or using Locus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Locus is a personal productivity tool that lets you log productive hours, track habits, manage tasks, and surface insights about your work patterns. The Service is provided as-is and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. Accounts

You may use Locus as a guest without creating an account. To sync data across devices, you must create an account with a valid email address or sign in with Google.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

We strive to keep Locus available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your data may be deleted.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Locus and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of Locus after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
